Providing expert services in;
Rick Thorpe Property Services was established in 2008 with the aim of providing a local point of contact for general building and grounds maintenance, with particular emphasis on listed building conservation, design and build, and the taking on of bespoke projects, primarily within a 15-mile radius of Welbourn Lincolnshire, where we are based.
As a heritage building specialist, with experience in differing areas allows us to offer services in joinery, painting and decorating, and the rebuilding and pointing of traditional stonework.
We specialise in the restoration of timber-framed casement windows, especially in listed buildings and within areas of conservation. Additionally, we provide grounds maintenance, with experience in designated areas that come under English Heritage control.
